Hello! I wanted to do a "day in the life of" me on a Friday afternoon when I go to school. My first class at school is British Literature. It is the most serious class, but it can be fun at times. Usually we are discussing great literature and reciting acts of poetry and are so busy doing this...no just kidding. This week, we listened to three people give their poetry presentations about the same poem, The Destruction of Sennacherib. It was funny because they all had the same one. But it was ...interesting to see them all present it in their own special ways. Camber even brought candy, hence the picture of the Reeses'.

My second class, American History is one of the more active ones. Me and my friends have a blast in this room most of the time. On Friday, we played the game Apples to Apples to help us understand some terms of people and places in the Vietnam War. This week, I sat next to some guys who thought it would be fun to have make Josh's map a drawing "contest". I made a couple marks and smiley faces to attribute to the cause :). Also, after class, we had cupcakes and cookies to celebrate Chelsea's 17th birthday which was on Wednesday the 23rd. I hope that she was blessed. She is the best History class helper ever! ;) Also, after class, everyone enjoys their lunches and talking to one another. I love my all my friends very much and I hope they are blessed. I am very grateful to God, as well, that I realized what a gift they are to me and I will be sad when school is over.

Me and my friend's last class, chemistry, is probably the worst and best. The worst has two reasons: once it is over, then everyone leaves. Also, it is probably the most mentally-draining because our brain juices were used up in the first two classes. And lastly, it is the best because it is one of the more "slouchy" or free willy classes :). We are always the craziest in this class because we have gone out of our minds and are frequently reminded by our gracious teacher to settle down hehe.
Have a blessed week everyone and I hope that you have as much fun in school as I do!

Update on Life

Hello!
I haven't posted forever because our computer shut down every time we put on pictures, so I gave up easily. However, I do want to keep the people who don't look at this blog updated =P.
Tonight I just finished my last class of dreaded Driver's Ed, but I gotta tell y'all, I think I shall miss it. I rather enjoyed going to a class than doing it online and I liked how my teacher taught. Most of the fun was listening to my teacher tell a story of a "student who did this once..." or "once when I was younger..." or "my wife, the other day...". It made the class much more enjoyable. Anyways, tonight I just took my final exam, and the Lord blessed me with his grace and allowed me to pass. Now, after almost one year of having my permit...I can finally go through an intersection :). Hey, some people go slower than others...and some people even slower...and then there's me.....but, I think that I am getting along finally. I hope that I can at least learn to drive before I go to college, haha, and I hope that I can get my license also to help mom out with things. I would love going on errands and stuff, and I think it is every teenager's calling to do so.

I hope that everyone is having or had a good spring break! I didn't really have one because I spent it doing school, but I was grateful having two weeks to do school instead of squishing it all into one, so I do not mind. Also, my school comes to an end in about 6-7 weeks, so it is not as if I am missing out on much. I have continued to see the Lord's grace as it states in James 4, "...but he gives more grace", and we have been reflecting on these verses in church. The Almighty certainly does give more grace and it is evident in things everyday. I notice it more and more as I think deeper and listen to what he tells me. I pray for all you, my friends, that His grace will be more evident to you!

In June, I am going to Colorado, hopefully, for one of my good friend, Rachel's high school graduation. She finished school a year earlier because her dad was called bu the Lord to go to the pastor's college in the fall. So, I hope that I will be able to support and bless her with my appearance.
Also, my family and I are hoping to go to Virginia this summer, in July, and look forward to that as well. I myself, however, also want to use this summer as time to get together with people a LOT more, and hopefully grow more in Christianity with them, instead of walking this path alone. The gospel needs to be evident in everything we do and how we live, and this is not a possible life to be lived out, if we are doing it alone. Grace and Peace to you all from God our Father and Lord Jesus Christ!

Hope to catch you later!
